Refund policy

At Aléia, we want you to love every piece you order. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled on the same day of purchase by contacting us at info@shopaleia.in.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns will be inspected before processing. If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we may decline the return.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please report it to our customer service team on the same day of receipt at info@shopaleia.in
  • Our team will review the request, and the return will be processed only once the item has been checked and confirmed at our end.

Mismatch or Not As Expected

  • If you feel the product you received is not as shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
  • After reviewing your concern, our team will decide the appropriate resolution (exchange, return, or refund).

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g.,bodysuits or final-sale items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Visit our Return Portal at HOUSE OF ALEIA PRIVATE LIMITED - Track your Order. 
  2. Enter your order details and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Choose your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or exchange).
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier when pickup is arranged.
